What Does Eating Clean Mean?

In its simplest form, clean eating means real eating. Food is minimally processed, refined, and handled, making it as close to its natural form as possible.

We are leading our category with clean label foods, with every single one of of our products certified clean by the end of 2018. Better yet, we’re making it even easier to eat clean with our home delivery service, Eat Smart at Home.

In addition to ensuring that the products we offer are 100% clean, we maximize nutrition with every delicious bite because we focus on nutrient-rich vegetables. Our vegetable salads deliver more nutrition than leaf lettuce salads while packing in more crunch and more flavor. Some veggies are particularly nutrient-packed. They’re the ones known as superfoods. You’ll find them in many of our Eat Smart products—our bagged vegetables and salad kits include about 30 different superfoods, including:
