A twist on the classic margherita pizza, broccoli adds a hearty bite.

6 oz Eat Smart® Broccoli florets (Raw and quartered)
4 tbsp Olive Oil
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
3/4 cup of Shredded Mozzarella Provolone Cheese
1/4 cup of Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 Roma Tomatoes (chopped coarse)
1 whole wheat 12" Pre-made Pizza Crust
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil into a small pan, heat and add 4 minced garlic gloves. Stir for 3 minutes and then remove from heat.
Open 12” pre-made pizza crust and place on a cookie sheet or pizza stone. Pour the garlic and olive oil mixture in the middle of the crust and spread mixture evenly over top of crust. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella/provolone cheese evenly over crust. Sprinkle ¼ cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese evenly over top of mozzarella cheese.
Place raw (uncooked) quartered Eat Smart Broccoli Florets on top of cheese and distribute evenly. Place cut raw roma tomato sections on top of pizza; distribute evenly. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
Remove from oven, let sit for 2 minutes, cut to 6-8 pieces and serve.
