A delicious and modern take on this old world salad.
½ bag of Eat Smart’s Garden Medley Blend
½ cup of Fuji apple, chopped into ½" pieces
¼ cup of celery, diced
¼ cup of golden raisins
¼ cup of toasted walnut pieces
¼ cup of your favorite poppy seed dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and toss until salad is evenly coated with dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
Add ¼ cup of shredded rotisserie chicken for a protein boost.
